No children

As much as we love children, we are not a children's salon. It is difficult for your stylist to do their job and appointments can be quite lengthy. Keeping safety at the forefront of our minds, a salon has sharp objects, chemicals, hot tools, etc. Additionally, we don't want other client's appointments to be disrupted.

If you show up with your child to your scheduled appointment, we will have to reschedule you for another day and charge a 25% cancellation/reschedule fee.

No pets

Per Stateboard, we do not allow pets or animals of any kind unless they are a registered service animal. If you show up to your appointment with your pet, we will have to reschedule you for another day, and you will be charged a 25% cancellation/reschedule fee.

Late Arrival

We have a 15-minute grace period policy, after 15 minutes you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment and have to reschedule.

Please keep in mind arriving late may require the salon to shorten the length of your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other guests, however, a full charge will still apply. Not all appointments will be able to be offered at a shorter duration and in this event, you will be charged 50% for the missed appointment.

Late Cancellations / No shows

Johanna Clark Hair enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy and requires a valid card on file for all clients. Appointments canceled or rescheduled after 24 hours of the appointment time carry a 25% charge of the services scheduled. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a 50% charge of the services scheduled. We understand emergencies happen and discretion is always considered on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations and reschedules can all be done online via our booking website or via text message to 470-263-6309.

Client satisfaction

In the event that your hair is not right or what you expected we will gladly offer you a retouch appointment. Retouch appointments are scheduled like regular appointments and offered at no charge. You must contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment and your retouch appointment must be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment. Your appointment will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Our stylists are committed to your satisfaction and cannot get time or product back for services rendered, therefore, no refunds are given for services.

Personal Belongings Disclaimer

Salons can be messy, and accidents happen. We try our best to protect your clothing, accessories, etc. but things can still happen. We ask that you leave your favorite clothes at home or opt to change into a smock. Johanna Clark hair and its stylist assume no responsibility for damages done to personal items.

We are not held responsible for any personal belongings left in our salon. If you believe you left something, please contact us immediately. We will check cameras and hold anything safely for you for one week.
